Come by yourself, with your partner, or with a friend, and get ready to think through the transitions, challenges that can be eased with a little prep, and how to let in the joy during the days, weeks, and months postpartum.

Workshop: Building Your Postpartum Toolkit, with Joanie Johnson of Transformation Nation
This workshop is designed to help make the postpartum journey one of support, nourishment, and joy. Led by Julia Thibaud, postpartum doula, founder of Doula etc., and mom of two, this session will equip you with tools to care and receive care for yourself and your family in the days, weeks, and months postpartum.
We’ll cover a range of topics including:
recovering from birth
navigating your suddenly altered sleep schedule
understanding how and when to feed not just your baby but yourself
ways to introduce movement before the infamous 6 week appointment
and building a support network
